Overview of owned and/or managed vessels in the current and past fleet of H. Folmer & Co. – a Danish shipping company based in Copenhagen. Founded in 1955 by shipbroker Helge Folmer, the company has a long history in coaster shipping, worldwide chartering and ship management.

From the 1960s onwards, H. Folmer & Co. expanded its fleet through both newbuildings and second-hand tonnage. In 1981, the company launched its well-known Danica newbuilding programme. Between 1981 and 1993, a total of 15 Danica vessels of 1,000 to 2,000 DWCC were built for H. Folmer & Co. at Sakskøbing Shipyard in Denmark. Today, the company continues to specialise in worldwide chartering, managing owners and technical management, with particular experience in the carriage of IMO cargoes.
