03-02-2007:Christened by the six-year-old son of André Wieczorek with assistance of Svenja Puhlmann (Patentanwärtering at the Staatliche Seefahrtschule Cuxhaven) and launched.
23-03-2007:Shifted from Kampen to Harlingen. At Kornwerderzand hit against the open swing bridge in the Afsluitdijk. Knocked off course by a sudden gust of wind. The blow with which the MARC-ANDRÉ hit the bridge rammed was huge. Part of the bridge tore from the concrete of the bridge pillar. Traffic must be for a long time be diverted across the north bridge. As a result, only one lane is open in both directions blockage of the broken bridge will take at least a few weeks. The “MARC-AMDRE”went back to shipyard in Kampen for repairs.
27-03-2007:Sea trials on Wadden Sea.
