Additional info

28-06-2010:Ran aground at Svendborgsund while entering Svendborg harbour with 1600 tonnes of soya. According to the captain, it was a race in the area that caused the grounding. The “UNO” ran aground as it tried to avoid a collision with boats participating in the Thurø-Tåsinge-Yacht-Race of the Thurø Sailing Club.
29-06-2010:Released at high tide and started to discharge its cargo of soy in Svendborg.
30-06-2010:Grounding seems to have due to a navigational mistake and not in order to avoid a collision with boats participating in the Thurø-Tåsinge-Yacht-Race. The ship was said to have approached the sound with too much speed and then having turned directly towards the port instead of turning to starboard first.
11-01-2000:Departed from Newport to Corunna.
00-10-2011:Sold to Portugal to be converted into a dredger for Douro river.
