Christened by Mrs. Ilse Hartmann (wife of Erich Hartmann, director Nordseebad Spiekeroog GmbH) and delivered.
01-04-1967:
In service Spiekeroog-Neuharlingersiel.
03-01-1976:
During a heavy storm around 1:00 PM it broke loose from the quay at Spiekeroog and drifted eastward. Stranded on Minsener Oog around 5:00 PM. Released under our own power at 11:00 PM and returned to Spiekeroog.
04-01-1976:
Arrived at Spiekeroog at 2:00 am, no damage was found.
10-10-2008:
Stranded with engine problems with 91 passengers on board during an excursion to Langeoog. Towed to Harlingersiel by DGzRS lifeboat ‘NEUHARLINGERSIEL’. The original MWM engine was later replaced by Deutz SBA8M816.
01-12-2011:
Offered for sale due to the loss of excursion traffic and expected maintenance costs. Because there was no buyer found for the ship in early 2012, she stay in service as an excursion ship during the 2012 and 2013 seasons.
01-02-2013:
Sold to Michael Elges at Spiekeroog, stayd in service for day trips.
01-11-2013:
Delivered to Michael Elges to be converted into a restaurant ship at Spiekeroog.
11-11-2013:
Arrived in Leer.
15-10-2014:
Arrived at Schiffswerft Diedrich GmbH, Oldersum for converting.
21-01-2015:
Departed from Oldersum to Neuharlingersiel.
03-02-2015:
Departed from Neuharlingersiel to Spiekeroog and moored on the before built berth in the harbour.
07-11-2017:
Departed from Schiffswerft Diedrich GmbH in Oldersum to Leer, to continue the restaurant there.
The reason given was that employees of the ship’s restaurant couldn’t find living space on Spiekeroog.
