Two boats of the Kotka Coast Guard Station, Kymenlaakso Rescue Department personnel, a Navy boat unit as well as other public authorities responded. The ship could be refloated with own power and was escorted to Kotka by the harbour tug “JUPITER”. After the ship was safely berthed at 8,30 a.m., it was to be inspected.
