19-01-2006:Delivered in Harlingen after being sold to Scheepvaartbedrijf A.J. Kok, Maartensdijk and renamed “LIAMARE”.
21-12-2006:Delivered in Harlingen after being sold to Bore Nordgard B.V., Rotterdam and renamed “NORDGARD”. Left from Harlingen to the Vulcaanhaven in Vlaardingen.
05-01-2008:From Grangemouth. during bad weather about 90 miles north-east of Aberdeen had to jettison part of the cargo of timber to stabilize it.
14-10-2012:In the evening “NORDGARD” suffered engine failure off Arkösund. The ship was underway from Le Havre to Oxelösund when the engines stopped for unknown reasons at 9 p.m. The tug “Freya” came to the rescue just before 11 p.m. and pulled the disabled vessel to the port of Oxelösund where it was safely moored on Oct 15 at 4.30 a.m.
17-10-2017:Allision in Brunsbüttel, at 1:40 p.m. the “NORDBORG” allided with several wooden pilings in the foreport of the old lock of the Kiel Canal in Brunsbüttel, thereby heavily damaging them. The accident was reported during the stay in the lock, before the vessel berthed at the western railway station pilings in the canal port of Brunsbüttel. It was allowed to continue the voage from Terneuzen to Szczecin at 11.30 p.m. and entered the Baltic Sea in Kiel on Oct 8 at 8.20 a.m. Boats of the Schramm company were called to recover the debris from the water.Latest data adjustment: 18-12-2022
