| 04-04-1942: | While mooring with the Dutch coaster “HELENA” alongside, hit Woodside Stage in Liverpool by the Mersey Dock’s & Harbor Board’s “VIGILANT” caused damage to port bulwark and deck sustained. |
| 27-04-1944: | While loading a cargo of coal alongside the Dutch coaster “RIKA” hit by the drifting barge “AVON” at Fulham Power Station in London, damage to starboard bulwark sustained. |
