05-07-2002:Run aground off the Swedish coast on the island of Askar near Husum, Sweden. The crew had to leave the ship in lifeboats due to a heavy list of 45 degrees. Removed, towed to Husum for inspection and subsequently repaired at Stettin.
12-07-2002:Arrived in Stettin.
13-02-2003:En route with a load of rolls of paper from Hamina to Delfzijl, collided with the m.s. “OOCL Nevskiy”. The “GEULBORG” suffered considerable head damage. She was towed to Helsinki. The cargo was transhipped in the “GOOTEBORG”. After several months of repairs, she returned to service.
