17-01-2012:Transport didn’t get further than the Oranjesluizen due to too large draft for the port of Urk, with tugboats “WATERPOORT” and “WATERSTAD” back to Velsen and moored at Grote Hout.

19-03-2016:Ssuffered engine failure in the Waden Sea short after leaving Harlingen and ran aground on the breakwater of the Pollendam off the harbor entrance of Harlingen. Anchored in the Kimstergat, north of Harlingen where the main engine could be restarted. In the early evening the “PACIF DAWN” could continue her journey, accompanied by several tugs, and headed to Mongstad.
